All unused paid sessions will be valid for one month, effective the day after transaction.
All the iSage sessions are one-on-one. These sessions can have more than one student upon request.
For now, we do not supply the worksheets as we work with individualized academic needs of the student which varies everyday.
Yes, we can cater to more than one subject per session.
It would be best to provide us with the materials and the details on what the student needs guidance with.
Yes, we can reschedule the session which will match your child and the tutor’s availability.
Missed sessions will be refunded as long as you give us a heads up 2 hours before the scheduled session. All missed sessions that are not advised will be charged accordingly.
The remaining time for your session will be turned over and added to your next session.
